Energy Hub Tanzania is committed to developing the next generation of energy leaders by equipping young professionals with the technical, analytical, and digital skills needed to contribute to Tanzania's energy transition. Our capacity-building programmes combine practical learning, industry engagement, and mentorship to bridge the gap between academic training and the evolving needs of the energy sector

Looking Ahead

Energy Hub Tanzania will continue expanding its training portfolio through new partnerships, short courses, workshops, and mentorship opportunities that strengthen the country's energy workforce.

Current Program: Youth Digital Energy Skills Development Program

Launched in partnership with DataCamp, the Youth Digital Energy Skills Development Program equips young Tanzanians with digital and data skills for the energy sector. The inaugural cohort comprises 50 participants undertaking a six-month learning program covering data analysis, visualization, programming, and digital tools relevant to energy research and decision-making.
